Robbery with a firearm

Surrey RCMP is advising the public of a robbery with a firearm.

On May 24, 2024 at 5:30 pm Surrey RCMP received a report of a robbery of a cell phone inside a business located in the 9200-block of 120 Street, Surrey. Frontline officers attended the area and learned that two men had entered a business with what appeared to be firearms. The two men then spoke with one of the employees and stole a cell phone as they walked out. The two suspects were wearing masks and fled in a vehicle. CCTV canvassing is being conducted in the area.

No one was injured in this incident and this appears to be targeted. The investigation is in early stages and motive of this incident is unknown at this time.
