Wanted BC man arrested in Winnipeg

Surrey RCMP is advising the public that wanted individual, Fabian Brown, has been arrested in Winnipeg.

On February 17, 2023, an arrest warrant was issued for 49-year-old Fabian Yul Brown (see previous release: 2023-05-04). Significant efforts to locate Brown were undertaken and the warrant was extended Canada Wide after investigators learned that Brown might be residing in Winnipeg.

On February 7, 2024, at the request of the Surrey RCMP, the Winnipeg Police Service located and arrested Brown. He remains in custody in Winnipeg at this time and will be brought to BC to face charges.
