Timothy Bornyk was arrested on October 11, 2023.
Surrey RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance with locating a 47-year-old man who has outstanding arrest warrants.
On June 12, 2023, Timothy Bornyk failed to attend court for his scheduled trial and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Despite police efforts, Timothy Bornyk has not been located. He is currently wanted for:
- Two counts of assault with a weapon;
- Dangerous operation of a conveyance;
- Fail to stop;
- Flight from police; and
- Five counts of breach of release order.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred in Surrey, BC, in November 2021.
Timothy Bornyk is described as a 47-year-old man, 6’0, 181 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tribal tattoo on his right forearm.
